Terms of Use
These terms apply to everyone who uses FotoLama — photographers and studios who upload, hosts who run events, and guests who browse and download.

Using FotoLama
By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
Your account
- You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address, or with Google. There is no password.
- Anyone who can read that inbox can sign in as you, so keep access to it secure.
- You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- Accounts are for people aged 18 or over.
Photographs
- You keep ownership of the photographs you upload. We do not claim any ownership of them and we do not license them to anyone else.
- By uploading, you give us permission to store the photographs and show them to the people the event’s owner has given access to, for as long as you keep them on the service. That permission exists so we can run the service, and for nothing else.
- You must have the right to upload what you upload, and the right to share it with the people you share it with.
- The event’s owner controls who may see and download an album, and can remove photographs from it.
Face matching
- Enrolling a selfie is optional, and enrolling is your consent to be matched.
- You can turn matching off, or delete your account and your face data, at any time.
- Matching is automatic, and it will not always find every photograph you appear in — or it may occasionally return one you do not.
- You may not use FotoLama to identify people outside the events you are a member of.
What you may not do
- Upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to upload.
- Use another person’s account, or try to reach events and albums you have not been given access to.
- Interfere with the service, or attempt to extract data from it by automated means.
Plans and payment
The available plans and their prices are set out on our pricing page. Prices are in Indian rupees and exclusive of GST.
Availability
The service is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw features. Keep your own copies of photographs that matter to you — FotoLama is a way to deliver photographs, not a backup of them.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit or business, or for loss of photographs or other data.
Changes
If these terms change, the updated version appears on this page with a new date above.
Governing law
