How to reach a person at FotoLama, who we legally are, and how to escalate something we have not fixed.
Last updated 20 September 2026
Support
- Email — hello@fotolama.com. This is the fastest route and the one we answer first.
- WhatsApp — +91 92253 49113.
- Phone — +91 92253 49113.
- In the app — Help Center, under your account menu. It works signed out too, which matters when the problem is that you cannot sign in.
The company behind FotoLama
FotoLama is a product of:
- Swaggers Club LLP
- E1602, Sattva East Crest, #41 Old Madras Road,
Bandapura, Karnataka 560049, India - LLPIN ACC-7320
- GSTIN 29AFCFS1172E1Z3
That address is our registered office. It is not a walk-in support desk — please write or call rather than visit.
Grievance Officer
If something has gone wrong and ordinary support has not fixed it, you can escalate. In line with the Information Technology Act 2000 and the rules made under it, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, complaints are handled by our Grievance Officer:
- Grievance Officer, FotoLama
- Swaggers Club LLP, E1602, Sattva East Crest, #41 Old Madras Road,
Bandapura, Karnataka 560049, India - hello@fotolama.com — put Grievance in the subject line so it is routed rather than queued
We acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days. A complaint about your personal data is answered within 30 days.
Reporting a photograph
FotoLama stores photographs that other people upload. If an album contains a photograph that is unlawful, infringes your copyright, or shows you and should not be there, tell us and we will act on it — you do not need an account to report one.
- Email hello@fotolama.com with the link to the album or photograph, what is wrong with it, and how to reach you.
- For a copyright claim, tell us what the work is and confirm you are the owner or are authorised to act for them.
- We acknowledge within 24 hours. Photographs of a private or intimate nature shared without consent are removed within 24 hours of a complaint.
Photographs belong to the photographer or host who uploaded them, and they can also remove any photograph from their own event at any time — often that is the quickest route.
Still not resolved
If you are a consumer in India and we have not sorted it out, you can reach the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
