The Mac app links one folder to one event, then handles the rest by itself. Cards go in, the gallery fills up, and you get to leave. No browser tab to babysit, no drag-and-drop marathon at 2am.

Why it finishes so much sooner
A wedding off the cards is tens of gigabytes of originals — and every one of those bytes has to crawl up a hotel Wi-Fi before a single guest sees a photo. The app prepares each frame on your Mac first, so what actually crosses the wire is a small fraction of that. Same gallery, same faces, delivered while you are still coiling cables.

The files that go up are the ones guests browse. The originals never leave your drive until you decide to hand them over.

Set it once
Link a folder to an event one time. Everything that lands in it from then on goes to that event — including the frames that arrived while the app was shut, which it catches up on the moment you open it again. Second shooter dumping to the same drive? Those go up too.
Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet, Reception. The structure you shot in is the structure the gallery shows — you do not rebuild it by hand.
Offload a card mid-event and the guests who already left can be looking at their photos before the dancing starts.
Close the lid, lose the Wi-Fi, come back tomorrow. Nothing is dropped and nothing goes up twice.
When your client hearts their selection, the app copies exactly those originals into a Client Favourites folder inside the shoot — the album order, ready to retouch.

The whole delivery, not a piece of it
The app is one end of a system that carries the shoot the rest of the way: faces matched to guests, one QR code on the table, your studio's name on every screen a guest touches, and the analytics to prove they looked. You do the shooting. The rest is already wired together.
Open the disk image and drag FotoLama to Applications. It is signed and notarised with Apple, so it opens on the first double-click — no security warning, no right-click workaround. Sign in with the account you already use, and your events are waiting.
